Final Callbacks (Fall 2015 Disciple Auditions)
First off, thank you all for a very entertaining night. It’s a pleasure watching all of you perform. So if you didn’t receive a callback, KEEP PERFORMING comedy and take advantage of all the learning and performing outlets around Chapel Hill including our workshops, DSI Comedy classes, and open mics around Chapel Hill. Also come audition again, because we’d love to work with all of you.
Seriously, like if you want to start working with us immediately, on more non-comedic terms, we are looking for people to help produce our shows and video sketches. If you have any past experience with Sound Design (Adobe Audition particularly), Light Design (any previous light work as a theater tech is enough), and Videography (experience with post effects and editing) please shoot us an email. We’ll start up a pretty informal application process.
If you did not receive a callback and would like the notes on what you could improve on, please don’t hesitate to message our Facebook Page or email us at FalseProfitsComedy@gmail.com.
IMPORTANT INFO DONT CLICK “READ MORE YET”: For final callbacks, everyone will expected to perform two (2!) improv scenes and one (1!) set of stand-up, up to three (3!!!) minutes long.
We would like to call back the following people tomorrow at 7PM in Union 3407 (in no particular order) –
-Rob Haisfield
-Tomoki Koguchi
-Blake Benson
-Andre Ceccotti
-McMckenzie Kwok
-Elina Rodriguez
-Oliver Mitchell-Boyask
-Kent McMcDonald
-Madison Schaper
-Shea Stanley
-Jessica Mitchell
-Tyler Gwinn
At final callbacks, each of you will perform 2 improv scenes and 1 MAX 3-MIN standup set or story. Try to not put too much pressure on yourself for tomorrow as we take all 3 nights of your audition into consideration.
Again, thank you all for auditioning, and we hope to see all of you out on stage soon!
